We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with expertise in Consular Processing and Waivers to join our team in the Greater Los Angeles Area. This full-time position offers opportunities for growth within a reputable law firm dedicated to client advocacy and legal excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage CP/Waiver cases, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, consular processing, and K-Visa. Prepare clients for consulate interviews.
  • Represent clients before USCIS.
  • Review immigration applications and packets.
  • Lead a team of paralegals to meet productivity and client service goals.
  • Provide legal analysis to determine case benefits.
  • Prepare and submit legal briefs for immigration cases.
Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of Immigration Law experience, particularly with Consular Processing and Waivers.
  • Strong caseload management skills.
  • Team player with collaborative spirit.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Experience with case management software is a plus.
