Job summary

World Relief seeks a licensed immigration attorney for a hybrid role in the Garden Grove office. You will provide direct legal counsel to immigrants seeking asylum, TPS, naturalization, and related relief, appearing before USCIS and EOIR, and advising clients on remedies under INA and CFR.

The position requires a Juris Doctor, active bar license, and 3–5 years in immigration services. Travel, strong ethics, and teamwork are essential for serving vulnerable communities.

Qualifications

• JD required and active bar license
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience with immigration law and case management

Responsibilities

• Provide direct immigration legal counsel and representation
• Screen and advise on immigration benefits and remedies under applicable laws
• Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and BIA
• Attend interviews and hearings with clients
• Maintain case load and ensure ethical practice
• Collaborate with WR SoCal team and departments
• Support ongoing immigration legal training and workshops
• Participate in community trainings and Know Your Rights sessions
