Qualifications

• No educational substitution at this grade level.
• ISO BASIC Training program (5–6 weeks) conducted at the USCIS Academy Training Center, Charleston, SC.
• Voluntary Separation Incentive Payment (VSIP) terms may apply when moving to other government employment.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicating complex cases and conducting security checks.
• Identifying fraud, interviewing applicants and petitioners.
• Ensuring program quality assurance and training for staff.
• Liaising and communicating decisions to stakeholders.
