Job summary

Universal Orlando seeks a Learning Experience Designer within the Leadership Capability & Learning COE to translate strategic capability priorities into high-quality, engaging development experiences—e-learning, instructor-led training, and simulations. You will craft immersive experiences that extend into the flow of work and set the visual standard for the COE.

You will partner with the Sr. Manager, Leadership Capability, to diagnose capability gaps, bring design direction to life with craft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent experience with portfolio.
• 3+ years of end-to-end learning design experience.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and build immersive learning experiences and simulations.
• Establish visual design standards and templates for the COE.
• Own and evaluate learning technologies, including AI tools.
• Partner with operations and ensure sustainability and alignment.
• Support environmental, health & safety responsibilities.
