Qualifications

• Experience in performance or visitor attractions preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and a warm, engaging presence.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide visitors through the Holodeck Experience.
• Monitor show operations and provide basic technical support.
• Collaborate with Visitor Experience and Tech teams to refine presentations.
• Maintain punctuality and follow show schedules.
