Cosm is looking for Fan Ambassadors in Detroit to ensure exceptional hospitality for all guests. This role involves welcoming guests, assisting with ticket sales, and creating memorable experiences. Candidates will thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services and/or retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
• Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of hospitality by welcoming guests.
