Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Event Production Manager to lead planning, coordination, installation, and strike for seasonal events and immersive guest experiences. You will oversee scenic, lighting, audio, props, décor, and signage while ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Event Production, Entertainment Management, Technical Theater, Hospitality, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in live events, entertainment production, theme parks, attractions, festivals, or related industries.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of multiple seasonal and special events from planning to strike.
• Oversee scenic, technical, and environmental production elements including staging and lighting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor performance and contracts.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and safety/compliance requirements.
• Drive guest experience through creative concepts aligned with brand standards.
