Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience required.
• Thorough understanding of mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
• Food handlers’ card and state-recognized alcohol certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Pillars of Service to life through interactions with fans (guests).
• Deliver exceptional, service-oriented hospitality at the bar and venue.
• Engage guests with a positive, friendly, and professional approach.
• Create memorable experiences through personalized service and beverage recommendations.
• Ensure a seamless Cosmworthy experience from arrival through departure.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, promotions, and events.
• Prepare all beverages per company recipes and standards.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS with minimal errors.
• Keep a clean, organized, and stocked bar at all times.
• Complete bar setup and closing procedures with care.
