Job summary

Enchanted Parks in New York is seeking an Audio & Communications Technician to install, maintain, and repair PA and park-wide communications systems. You will work across rides, facilities, and events to keep environments safe, immersive, and reliably powered.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, safety, and collaboration with technical teams. You will read wiring diagrams and install plans, work at heights with fall protection, and ensure compliance with codes and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of audio systems installation, communications systems, and low-voltage work.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics; experience with PA systems is a plus.
• Comfort working at heights and using fall protection equipment.
• Demonstrated safety mindset and ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair PA systems, speakers, and paging equipment.
• Maintain park-wide communications including telephone systems and related equipment.
• Read wiring diagrams and installation plans; update schematics as needed.
• Repair and test equipment; minimize downtime with timely solutions.
• Support events with temporary audio or communications installations.
• Adhere to LOTO procedures and safety standards during all work.
