Job summary

Czarnowski in Detroit is seeking a talented 3D environmental designer to join our in-person studio, working with General Motors clients. You will create immersive environmental and experiential spaces, translating brand strategy into bold, memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of industry experience, strong Rhino and VRay skills, and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and production partners to deliver fast, high-quality

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years of industry experience.
• Strong design aesthetics and ability to adapt to varied brand styles.
• Experience with large format graphics and 3D environments.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design dynamic solutions that clearly communicate brand goals and strategy.
• Translate brand into emotional, multi-dimensional experiences.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure feasible execution.
• Create concept sketches, reference images, and 3D models for reviews.
• Prepare layouts for print production and production documentation.
• Support handoff to Estimating and Engineering and assist on-site as needed.
• Present progress to Executive/Senior teams and client stakeholders.
• Inspire the team with energy and drive project goals forward.
• Engage with cross-functional teams in-person and remotely as required.
• Travel and extended hours may be required.
