Job summary

PREP ASU Preparatory Academy seeks a Head of Schools-Immersion to provide strategic and operational leadership across ASU Prep campuses. You will guide instructional leadership, site administration, and network curriculum, collaborating with directors to advance educational objectives and ensure adherence to policy.

Responsibilities include evaluating building administrators, developing ILPs, overseeing safety, implementing ASU Prep pedagogy, and driving student achievement and family engagement

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership or related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of proven, successful experience as a Principal or Director.
• Active AZ DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational leadership, administrative direction, and supervision to school directors at each campus.
• Demonstrate and develop high academic and behavioral expectations and collaborative planning.
• Monitor and evaluate building administrators on a daily basis in academics and operations.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal guidelines for reports, schedules, and records.
• Develop and implement site leadership development and training.
• Ensure student safety and enforce discipline per policy as needed.
• Lead strategic planning and alignment with district contracts and regulations.
• Communicate mission and vision to staff, students, and families.
