Description

Irontown Modular is an innovative custom home builder looking for an EXPERIENCED Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. Irontown focuses on single- and multi-family modular homes, allowing for complete customization of plan, specifications, and building materials for each project, with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficient building.

The experienced HVAC Technician will be required to be proficient in installation and repairs of various air quality systems. Responsibilities include locating and diagnosing mechanical faults, assessing maintenance risks on equipment, and conducting warranty services including cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. Candidates must be able to lift at least 15 pounds without restrictions. Good communication skills are required, and being a team player is essential to potentially assist other crews during downtime.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferred

Salary: $26.00 negotiable
