Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring a full-time Caregiver in Springfield, MO. The role offers guaranteed hours, weekly pay, and a 8 AM–4 PM weekday schedule with a one-hour unpaid lunch. Mileage is paid between clients and you’ll be paid even if a client cancels.

Training is provided and benefits are available for PT & FT employees. Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, transfers, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

• Must be available 8 AM–4 PM every weekday.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 50 LBS.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients with higher acuity needs (transfers, feeding assistance, monitoring changes).
• Light housekeeping and medication reminders.
• Run errands as needed.

We are looking for a reliable caregiver who wants guaranteed hours and consistent weekly pay!

What we offer:

• $700 guaranteed weekly pay for 35 hours
• Mileage paid from client to client
• If a client cancels, you still get paid
• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM
• One-hour unpaid lunch

What you need:

• Must be available 8 AM-4 PM every weekday
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to drive to multiple clients with 2-3 hour shifts
• Must track mileage between clients
• Dependable and compassionate

Important: Guaranteed hours are based on your availability and ability to work. Sick days and personal time off are unpaid.

A few daily tasks may include:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)
• Provide Companionship and Emotional Support
• Support Clients with Higher Acuity Needs, Including:
• Transfers (use of gait belts, Hoyer lifts, etc.)
• Feeding Assistance & Meal Preparation
• Monitoring and Reporting Changes in Condition
• Light Housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Running errands

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 LBS.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
