Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN license required/permitted by state law.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to students and operate a school clinic.
• Perform health screenings (hearing, vision, height, weight, BP) as appropriate.
• Administer medications and first aid; maintain accurate clinic records.
• Counsel students, parents and staff on health concerns.
• Review immunization records and ensure compliance with state laws.
• Provide health education and immunizations as directed.
