Job summary

The Kingdom East School District in Lyndon Center, Vermont is seeking Instructional Assistants to support students ages 5 to 14 across early childhood to middle school.

You will work with classroom teachers and special education case managers to support academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development, including students with special learning needs. ParaPro or higher degree is preferred; background checks (fingerprinting) are required upon employment.

Qualifications

• Experience serving children with special learning needs is a plus.
• Candidate must complete ParaPro assessment or higher degree.

Responsibilities

• Supports specialized instruction and other supports for students as assigned.
