Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic building and grounds maintenance techniques.
• One or more years custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance to keep buildings neat, clean and safe.
• Maintain building temperature at a comfortable, economical setting.
• Inspect daily and report major repairs and hazards.
• Assist staff with moving furniture and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and attend safety meetings.
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory and notify if restocks are needed.
• Work beyond regular hours for events as required.
• Follow district energy conservation procedures.
