Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for a FOOD SERVICE WORKER in Rock Hill, SC. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with a 7:00 am to 3:00 pm shift. Prior related experience is preferred and the position requires lifting. Pay rate is $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous related experience is preferred.
• Position requires lifting.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Ensures proper quality, serving temperatures and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and resolves concerns.
