FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide routine care under nurse supervision in a long-term care setting in California. The role emphasizes patient comfort, safety, and adherence to policies.

Candidates must hold a CNA license, have at least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical experience during training, and demonstrate English proficiency, empathy, and reliable teamwork to support residents' well-being.

Formación

CNA license required.
Minimum 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience during CNA training.
Must possess a sincere desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm.
Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
Able to deal tactfully with residents, family, visitors and staff.
Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
Must be in good general health and emotionally stable.

Responsabilidades

Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
Make resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours to provide care.
Verify resident identity before care or meals.
Report missing ID bands to admissions coordinator.
Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
Ensure water pitchers are clean and filled for residents.
