Description: Provide non-medical services to older adults. Personal care services to clients that contract with Hibernian Home Care for services under the direction of the Supervisor in compliance with the Plan of Service.

Primary Duties:

Assist with toileting, bathing, grooming, transfers, dressing, ambulation, exercises, feeding, and light housekeeping. Provide medication reminders, engage in cognitive activities, and be proficient in using gait belts as needed.

Abide by the agency’s infection control policies, including proper hand washing techniques consistent with CDC guidelines.

Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the agency’s Policy and Procedure Manual, Caregiver Handbook, and Caregiver Training Manual.
