Job summary

Trigyn Technologies Limited seeks a senior Performance Engineer with 8-12 years in engineering, including 5+ years in performance engineering and SRE with DB depth on live estates. You will help scale large web apps that serve tens of thousands of concurrent users and handle high transaction volumes with strict response times.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in performance engineering and SRE with DB depth on a live estate.
• Scaled large web applications supporting tens of thousands of concurrent users.
• Experience with high transaction volumes and stringent response-time requirements.
• Performance engineering for large government, banking, telecom, e-commerce, insurance, or enterprise platforms.
• Analyzed existing production systems, not just scripted load tests.
• Observability implementation with at least one hyperscaler; OCI strongly preferred.
• Collaborated with application/DB architects, DevOps and infrastructure teams to resolve performance problems.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalability patterns.
• Experience in incident handling and root cause analysis with demanding customers or SMEs.
• Experience rescuing estates under severe load conditions.

• 8-12 Years of Engineering, of which atleast 5 years should be on Performance Engineering, SRE-with-DB depth on a live estate. Worked on PHP, MYSQL added advantage
• Successfully scaled large web applications supporting tens of thousands or more concurrent users.
• Worked on applications with high transaction volumes and stringent response-time requirements.
• Conducted performance engineering for large government, banking, telecom, e-commerce, insurance, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience in analyzing existing production systems rather than only executing scripted load tests.
• Observability implementation with atleast one hyperscaler. Oracle Cloud infrastructure strongly preferred
• Experience working with application architects, database architects, DevOps teams, infrastructure teams, and developers to resolve performance problems.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalability patterns
• Has faced off with a demanding customer or internal SME and participated actively during incidents and root cause analysis
• Experience in rescuing an estate from crumbling under severe loads
