ComForCare Home Health Care - St. Louis is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to support clients at home. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities, ensuring safety and comfort on every visit.

The role offers a flexible schedule, paid time off, and opportunities for training and development. Use Swyft CG to manage your shifts and stay connected with the care team.

Qualifications

• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities.
• Must have a valid Driver's License or State ID and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years old or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide home health care to clients with compassion and professionalism.
• Maintain consistency by working at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Use the Swyft CG app to track hours, shifts, and schedule updates.

Bi-weekly Pay on Fridays

Pay is determined

Overtime, Sick and Vacation Days and if you work on a Holiday ( 9 available ) you get 1.5x the normal rate.

24/7 Support

Someone on our Care team is on call for you 24/7 and our app Swyft CG keeps you updated on your schedule, how many hours you have worked, and open shifts available.

What Do You Need?

• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities ( Bilingual or Multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
• Use the Swyft CG APP and Must have a device that supports the most up-to-date version of iOS or Android.
• Complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulations.
• Willing and Able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care for our clients and to build strong relationships with the clients you care for.
• Must have a valid Drivers License or State ID and Reliable Transportation.
• High school graduate or G.E.D certificate
• 18 years old and over.
