Job Description
Elite Security Professionals, LLC is actively seeking licensed Security Officers for immediate hire. As an Armed Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying and mitigating security risks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patrol and monitor assigned premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations.
2. Conduct thorough inspections of doors, windows, gates, and other security features to ensure functionality.
3. Enforce premises rules and regulations by issuing warnings or removing violators.
4. Respond to incidents, apprehend individuals engaged in suspicious or criminal activity, and manage emergency situations.
5. Report hazards such as fire risks, water leaks, and other facility issues to management.
6. Coordinate with emergency services during critical or high-risk situations.

Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Possess a current state certification as a Security Officer.
2. Own a personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license for transportation to and from assignments.
3. Must have an active cell phone for communication during shifts.
4. Duty Belt and Personal Weapon: Applicants must provide their own duty belt and personal weapon in compliance with state regulations.
5. At least 5 years of security experience, or military/corrections experience (military or correctional facility experience is preferred).
6. Ability to work nights, weekends, and various shifts as needed.
7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess and respond to situations effectively.
8. Ability to follow established safety protocols and maintain a vigilant security presence.
9. Excellent active listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

1. Military or correctional facility experience is a plus.
2. Previous experience in a security role in public events, commercial properties, or executive protection is desirable.
