Right at Home is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to join our dedicated team in West Chester, PA. You will help seniors and adults with disabilities with daily living activities and companionship, delivering high-quality home care.

Qualifications

• One year of caregiver experience.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Background check and TB test required.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Mobility and transfers within the home.
• Light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, dishes, laundry, bathrooms).
• Prep meals and snacks per client preferences.
• Accompany clients to errands and medical appointments.
• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, teeth brushing).
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support range of motion exercises.
• Deliver dementia care and companionship through activities (reading, music, puzzles).
• Other duties as needed.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a member of our care team, you’ll help clients with daily living activities, including:

• Assist with mobility and transfers within the home.
• Perform light housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, dishes, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.
• Prep meals and snacks according to client preferences.
• Accompany clients on errands and medical appointments.
• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, and toothbrushing.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Support prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Deliver dementia care and companionship through activities like reading, music, and puzzles.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• One Year of experience as a caregiver
• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate required
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs independently
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle
• Successful completion of a background check
• Current TB Test
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred
