Job Description

Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated Apartment Leasing Professionals.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing all aspects of the leasing process, including apartment leasing, lease paperwork, and ensuring smooth move-ins.
2. Greeting prospective residents, assessing needs, providing tours, and answering questions.
3. Processing applications and preparing lease agreements and renewals.
4. Responding to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email, including providing leasing info, scheduling appointments, and handling maintenance requests.
5. Assisting with reports as assigned by the Leasing or Community Manager.
6. Handling deposits and rent payments, recording transactions properly.
7. Providing excellent customer service with a friendly approach.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi and/or One Site).
2. 6-12 months of previous apartment leasing experience.
3. Experience with lease-up for new construction communities.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Customer service-oriented and a good team player.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
7. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
8. Flexible schedule including weekends.
9. Ability to tour the community, walk the property, and climb stairs.
10. Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
