CCCC is seeking licensed clinicians to join our well-established and growing multidisciplinary practice. We provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as psychological testing for clients across the lifespan—from children to elders. Services are offered both in-person and via telehealth, allowing for optimal flexibility and client reach.
We offer part-time and full-time roles at one or more of our Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia offices—and/or remotely from home. Build a caseload that suits your availability, professional goals, and lifestyle. Our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, insurance, and credentialing so you can focus on your clinical work. We also negotiate competitive reimbursement rates and manage a robust referral and waitlist system to keep your schedule full. We provide a collegial, multicultural, and growth-oriented environment with weekly peer consultation groups and supervision opportunities.
