Immediate Opening: Search Executive - Work from Home

gpac, a family-owned executive search firm with nearly 30 years of experience, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join as an Executive Search Consultant. We are one of the fastest-growing firms in the nation, offering an excellent work-life balance and significant earning potential, with top producers earning between $200K and $500K annually.

This position is ideal for those passionate about transforming lives by placing candidates in their ideal roles, while also developing their own careers. We provide comprehensive training regardless of previous recruiting experience, along with ongoing coaching and support, whether working onsite or virtually.

This is a commission-based role with earning potential between 30-75% of your production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Partner with clients to fill open positions.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates and facilitate placements.
• Negotiate terms with clients.
• Utilize recruiting tools effectively.
• Cold call, qualify, screen candidates, and prepare them for interviews.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements
