Immediate Opening: Search Executive - Work from Home

gpac, a family-owned executive search firm with nearly 30 years of experience, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join as an Executive Search Consultant. We are one of the fastest-growing firms in the nation, offering excellent work-life balance and tremendous earning potential, with top producers earning between $200k and $500k annually.

This position provides an opportunity to help transform lives by placing candidates in ideal roles while also transforming your own career. We do not require previous recruiting experience, as we provide comprehensive initial training, ongoing coaching, and guidance, whether you work onsite or virtually.

This is a commission-driven role with potential earnings of 30-75% of your production.

Responsibilities for the Search Consultant

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Partner with clients to fill open positions.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in successful placements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
• Proficiently use recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates for interviews, and assist in job offer negotiations.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements for the Search Consultant

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Consistent outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
