Job summary

TFT Global Inc. is seeking a Quality Services Supervisor to lead Team Leaders and Inspectors in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. You will organize daily operations, coach staff, and ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the shop floor, coordinating staffing, and driving continuous improvement. Local travel may be needed. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience.
• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, production, or a related environment.
• Experience scheduling employees and coordinating daily staffing needs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience coaching, training, or developing employees.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, quality procedures, or continuous improvement.
• Ability to use computers for scheduling, timekeeping, data review, communication, and other daily tasks.
• Flexibility to support changing customer and operational needs.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as some local travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new employee orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor employee performance and provide input for performance reviews.
• Help ensure accurate daily operational and quality data.
• Complete scheduled Layered Process Audits (LPAs).
• Support 5S, ISO procedures, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and help identify improvements.
• Work closely with customer representatives and Shipping & Receiving.
• Review and authorize employee time sheets.
• Help ensure teams consistently follow company policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment.
