We are dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, groups and families. Our collaborative, supportive team of clinicians is seeking a skilled and passionate therapist to join our growing practice.

We are currently hiring a psychotherapist with a strong interest and background in working withchildren, adolescents, adults and families. The ideal candidate is experienced in delivering individual therapy and family or parental support therapies. We are looking for clinicians who are motivated, self-aware, and excited to grow as part of a cohesive team that values collaboration and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC or MHC-LP)
• Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), includingpost-doctoral fellows
• Preference for candidates with experience treatingchildren,adolescents, andfamilies
• Strong background inevidence-based approaches(e.g., CBT, DBT, play therapy, family systems)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with schools, families, and other providers

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and parent therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Offer family or parent support when clinically appropriate
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment planning consistent with ethical and legal standards
• Submit monthly super bills
• Participate in ongoing consultation, case discussions, and clinical support within the team
