Primary Function: Provide personal assistance and/or health-related services to patients/clients in their residence; ensure a safe and clean environment; work cooperatively with patients/clients and their families; and report observations and issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or enrollment in vocational education if 18 or older.
• Licensure: Valid driver's license or reliable transportation, auto insurance.
• Experience: Proof of competency through education or experience if 18 or older; demonstrate competency if under 18.
• Skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; interest in elderly and disabled welfare; pass competency and skills tests, including G-tube feeding if applicable.
