Shift is 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with potential to pick up additional hours in Williamsburg and surrounding areas. We welcome full-time, part-time, and PRN staff who are reliable and compassionate.

Qualifications

Experience as a personal care aide or in a similar caregiving field.
Memory care / dementia experience strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with empathy for patient needs.
PCA or CNA Certification; CPR Certification; Clean Background Check; Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with ADL care (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting).
Provide companionship and memory support for clients requiring memory care.
Ensure medications are administered on time.
Communicate with medical professionals and office staff about client health or issues that may arise.
Prepare meals in accordance with dietary needs.
Escort clients to appointments or outings as needed.
Encourage activities inside and outside the home to enrich quality of life.
Work independently in an in-home or facility setting.

About the Role

You will provide one-on-one care for elderly or disabled clients in their homes or local facilities, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.
