Job summary

Saving Grace Home Care LLC in Williamsburg, VA is hiring a Personal Care Aide (Male Caregiver preferred per client request) for immediate placement. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, support independence, and coordinate with families and medical staff.

Shift is 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with potential to pick up additional hours in Williamsburg and surrounding areas. We welcome full-time, part-time, and PRN staff who are reliable and compassionate.

Qualifications

• Experience as a personal care aide or in a similar caregiving field.
• Memory care / dementia experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy for patient needs.
• PCA or CNA Certification; CPR Certification; Clean Background Check; Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADL care (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting).
• Provide companionship and memory support for clients requiring memory care.
• Ensure medications are administered on time.
• Communicate with medical professionals and office staff about client health or issues that may arise.
• Prepare meals in accordance with dietary needs.
• Escort clients to appointments or outings as needed.
• Encourage activities inside and outside the home to enrich quality of life.
• Work independently in an in-home or facility setting.
