Job Description

We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service (formerly Field Service Lightning - FSL), including:

  • Configuration and customization of Field Service components such as Service Appointments, Work Orders, Work Types, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies.
  • Knowledge of Mobile App configuration for Field Technicians.
  • Experience with Field Service Dispatcher Console, Gantt charts, and resource optimization.
  • Familiarity with Maintenance Plans, Product Items, and Service Reports.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and develop scalable FSL solutions.
  • Salesforce Integration Skills, including:
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs for data exchange.
  • Experience with middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica Cloud.
  • Ability to integrate Salesforce with ERP, scheduling, inventory, or other back-office systems.
  • Understanding of secure integration practices, OAuth, Named Credentials, and data synchronization.
