The Environmental Operator safely processes wastewater and manages hazardous materials while supporting production operations. This role is based in a production and warehouse environment that includes wastewater treatment systems, storage tanks, hazardous chemical handling areas, and general manufacturing equipment. You work a schedule of four 10‑hour days from Friday through Monday, starting at 7:45 AM. The position involves operating machinery, forklifts, and other material‑handling equipment, as well as performing general labor, assembly, and machine operation tasks. Work is hands‑on and may involve exposure to wastewater, chemicals, and mechanical equipment, requiring adherence to safety procedures and use of appropriate personal protective equipment, including respirators when necessary. The environment is active and fast‑paced, with a focus on cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safe handling of hazardous materials.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moses Lake, WA.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
