Job summary

Collaborative Home Care LLC in Wilton, CT is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support an elderly woman living with cancer on Sundays. This role focuses on personal care, safety, companionship, and gentle daily activities in the comfort of her home.

You will provide mobility support, reminders for medications, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation as needed. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required; prior experience with older adults is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experienced, compassionate, patient and attentive caregiver.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (REQUIRED).
• Experience with older adults or clients with complex health needs is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily personal care.

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support an elderly woman living with cancer in Wilton, Connecticut.

As she navigates her health journey, having someone by her side can make all the difference. Someone who can lend a helping hand when she needs assistance with personal care, offer reassurance when she feels unsteady on her feet, and bring a little warmth and companionship to her day. Whether it's preparing a comforting meal, taking a gentle walk together, helping her get ready, or simply sharing a meaningful conversation, your presence can help make her Sundays feel a little brighter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Assist with daily personal care
• Mobility support and help prevent falls

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Available for 12-hour shifts on Sundays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle(REQUIRED)
• Experience caring for older adults or clients with complex health needs is a PLUS.
