Sears is seeking a Part Time Appointment Setter (Home Solutions Advisor) to work in our local Sears store in Minnesota. You will approach members and customers to offer no-cost, no-obligation home improvement estimates for products like siding, doors, roofing, and more.

The position offers a base rate of $10.50 per hour plus bonuses, with typical earnings in the $14–$16 per hour range. Part-time benefits are available and the environment is a pleasant retail setting inside the Sears store.

As a Home Solutions Advisor, (HSA) you will work in our local retail Sears store. Your primary objective will be to approach our members and customers and provide them with the opportunity to schedule a no cost no obligation estimate in their home for any of the home improvement products of their choice. From time to time there will be opportunities to attend Home Improvement Trade Shows to generate leads.
