Job summary

Always Best Care is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors in Denton and surrounding areas. No medical background required; training is provided, and orientation is paid. You’ll help with daily tasks, transportation, companionship, and safety monitoring, making a meaningful difference while joining a supportive team.

This role offers flexible schedules, PTO, and opportunities for bonuses or incentives throughout the year as you help clients stay safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation may be required to visit clients.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Provide companionship and conversation to reduce isolation.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Monitor safety and report changes in health to the team.
• Support clients to remain independent in their homes.
