Always Best Care Senior Services in Frisco, TX is hiring caregivers to support seniors at home. You will provide companionship and personal care, with flexible hours and a compassionate, professional approach.

We offer competitive pay, an Aflac program, PTO after 6 months, PRN opportunities, and room to grow. CNA/HHA/BLS/CPR training is a plus but not required, and travel may be involved.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience working with seniors in a home setting (Preferred)
• English proficiency & excellent communication skills
• 2 professional references
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to travel
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are a PLUS - but NOT required!

Aufgaben

• Companion Care: Light housekeeping, Meal preparation, Transportation & errands, Companionship and conversation, Helping maintain a safe, comfortable home
• Personal Care: Bathing & dressing, Incontinence care, Transfers & mobility assistance, Assistance with activities of daily living, Compassionate, hands-on support
• FLEXIBLE OPPORTUNITIES: Morning shifts, Evening shifts, Overnight shifts, Weekend shifts, 4-hour minimum shift up to 24-hour shifts, Live-in opportunities when available, PRN - YES, WE WELCOME PRN CAREGIVERS!!
• The work you do can mean a safer morning, a warm meal, a helping hand, a little more independence, or simply having someone there who cares.
