The compensation target range for this role is: $19.25

Job Summary

Production workers are the core of Purple! We need someone who is ready to work hard every day and be a great addition to our team! As an IMM operator, you are responsible for maintaining production demands while operating safely.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure IMM equipment is running at peak efficiencies
• Follow all production and machine protocols, prioritizing safety
• Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each shift
• Load and unload items from machines and dollies
• Ensure all processes follow company protocols
• Maintain safety measures throughout production
• Inspect products and record data at appropriate steps
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment at shift end
• Properly label and package finished items
• Assist Engineering and Maintenance in troubleshooting IMM issues

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to train and lead
• Proven ability to establish effective working relationships
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

Physical Requirements:

Activities may include:

• Communicating with others
• Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, fingers
• Assessing work accuracy and thoroughness
• Lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Standing for up to 12 hours

Environmental conditions may include:
