Responsibilities

• Serve as unit secretary and central communication source on the nursing unit.
• Perform clerical and receptionist duties, data entry into the EMR, and maintain patient charts.
• Transport supplies and medications; assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Answer calls and call lights; coordinate with health care team and ensure patient safety.
