Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN License required.
• Graduation from accredited School of Nursing.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS required in ICU, L&D, IMCU, Telemetry, PACU, ASU, EU and Emergency Department.
• NRP required in Nursery, L&D, Postpartum, and Pediatrics.
• EFM required for L&D, Postpartum, and Pediatrics.
• STABLE required for Nursery.
• PALS required in Pediatrics, ICU, PACU, ASU and Emergency Department.
• NIH required IMCU, ICU, and Emergency Department.
• One year of clinical experience for charge responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Work two 12-hour shifts on weekends and one 12-hour shift during the week.

• Initial competencies must be completed within 90 days to be eligible for continued employment.
