Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a regional hospital in Wisconsin to hire Registered Nurses for a high-acuity Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU).

Schedule: Full-Time, 12-hour shifts, days and nights. This opportunity helps nurses build ICU-adjacent skills, work with neuro, trauma, post-surgical and complex medical cases, and receive strong onboarding support.

Open to experienced RNs and new graduates, with competitive pay depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible.
• BLS certification required.
