Job summary

The Staff Pad, partnering with a regional hospital in Wisconsin, seeks Registered Nurses for a high-acuity Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). This role delivers ICU-adjacent exposure and growth beyond traditional med-surg care.

Schedule: Full-Time, 12-hour shifts (days and nights). You’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care to complex cases, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and develop expertise across multiple specialties.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible.
• BLS certification.
• Experienced RNs and new graduates welcome to apply.
