Mass Digital Health is offering an RN IMCU Fellowship starting July 2026, designed for nurses seeking specialization. This program combines structured learning, simulations, and patient experiences under the guidance of experienced preceptors.

To qualify, applicants must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a Washington RN License upon hire. Additional qualifications include BLS and ACLS certifications, along with a year of nursing experience. The position is full-time with variable shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certificate within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured RN Fellowship program.
• Engage in simulation and patient experiences.
• Receive guidance from preceptors.
