Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• Active Florida RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with the treatment team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services.
• Perform physical exams, health histories, nursing assessments and routine observations.
• Provide direct patient care including medications, wound care and IV infusions.
• Document assessments and care plans, updating as patient conditions change.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and follow-up care.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines and quality control methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
