Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold appropriate US clinical certifications and BLS.
• Two years of experience as a Patient Care Technician/Clinical Care Associate.
• Six months of experience as a Patient Care Technician/Clinical Care Associate at Northside.
• Color vision required for unit-specific roles.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing assistance and patient care for comfort, safety and personal needs.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and hygiene.
• Works within a unit-based, multidisciplinary care team.
• Performs general clerical/reception duties as needed.
• Maintains patient charts, transcribes orders, and enters data into the computerized system.
