MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Intermediate Care (IMC) / Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse for a 48-bed unit. Nurses are cross-trained to care for telemetry and IMC patients, including chronic ventilator management and insulin drips, with hands-on leadership support throughout each shift.

This role offers opportunities to advance in acute care with a collaborative team and flexible scheduling to support professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients from routine to highly complex.
• Assess evolving patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to coordinate interventions.
