Havasu Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC). This full-time, night-shift role (3x12) includes every other weekend and shared holiday coverage in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Join a 30-bed unit with a 1:3-1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and opportunities to manage complex drips and cardiac/trauma patients.

Arizona RN license and ADN required; BSN preferred. BLS, ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.

Qualifikationen

• Current Arizona or Compact State RN license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Med/Surg/Telemetry experience.
• BLS required by hospital orientation.
• ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide appropriate care for patients moved from ICU to IMC.
• Execute plan of care including medication administration and treatments.
• Develop nursing care plans with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to care team, physician, patient and family.
• May float to Med/Surg unit or ICU/ED if trained (experienced).
