Job summary

GE HealthCare Imaging is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to lead training initiatives on CT imaging equipment, guiding customers from pre-sale through post-implementation with outcome-driven education.

You will collaborate with sales, project management and service teams to deliver comprehensive clinical education, develop modality expertise, and drive customer value. The role requires a minimum associate degree, ARRT certification, and up to 80% travel in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and minimum of 3 years technical/clinical industry experience.
• ARRT or equivalent specific modality certification.
• Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment.
• Proficient use of software applications including Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to learn specialized industry software and provide digital education solutions.
• Will be required to register with one or more vendor credentialing services by various customer hospitals.
• Required to travel extensively, 80+% (4-5 days per week including overnights and some weekends).

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training on GEHC CT equipment in a customer facing environment.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and service teams to coordinate training per SOA.
• Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge within Imaging modalities.
• Provide clinical education to end-user personnel aligned with Sales Order Agreement.
• Drive revenue through on-site or remote education delivery and complete documentation.
• Provide ongoing post-installation training and support over the product lifecycle.
• Maintain customer relationships and communicate concerns or opportunities to management and teams.
