Job summary

The role requires completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program and NYS CRT licensure with ARRT CE credits. Full-time hours are 40 per week with day shifts in the Imaging Sciences-Ortho Tower.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Must hold NYS CRT license and ARRT certification with CE credits.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality X-ray images by conducting exams safely and efficiently.
• Verify orders and comply with departmental policies.
• Position patients and set exposure factors for quality imaging.
• Document and bill for studies; operate and transfer patients using assistive devices.
• Assist and train other staff as needed.
